Refusal to receive a package
The customer is obliged to collect the package they ordered with cash on delivery, based on legislation that protects online stores. In the event that the product does not satisfy them, they can of course return it later (within 14 days).
In the event that, for any reason, a package is not accepted, or is not picked up by the recipient due to their own fault, they will be required to pay the total cost of the shipping and return of the package.
