Why your child's vision deserves the best, from day one
At A-play.gr we don't choose children's sunglasses at random. For years, we have trusted KiETLA, because it is a company that specializes exclusively in children's sunglasses and has been a global leader for over 10 years.
KiETLA glasses stand out because:
- they feature maximum protection lenses for sensitive children's eyes
- they are unbreakable, for total safety
- they have an ultra-lightweight frame, so as not to bother the child
- they feature flexible hinges that do not break
- they are designed in sizes that fit the face correctly, offering comprehensive sun protection
And all this, with the unparalleled French finesse that makes the glasses not just safe, but also beautiful — so that the child actually wants to wear them.
Because eye protection is not a luxury. It is care. From the very beginning.
Why parents trust them
KiETLA children's sunglasses are designed with absolute priority given to the safety, comfort, and real protection of children's eyes:
- Unbreakable, soft, and elastic frame that bends without breaking — ideal for play, falls, and daily use.
- No screws or metal parts, so there is no risk of injury or swallowing.
- Category 3 polycarbonate lenses with a mirror effect, which offer very high protection, filtering intense sunlight and blocking 100% of UVA & UVB rays.
- Comfortable fit that does not press on the nose, temples, or ears, even after many hours of use.
- Option to fit prescription lenses, always with the advice of an optician.
- New, soft, and comfortable strap, for a secure fit without discomfort.
Because when it comes to your child's vision, trust is built in the details.
BEST SELLER!
From the famous brand: KiETLA, synonymous with innovation, safety, and care for children's vision.
French finesse – French manufacturing - Made in FRANCE, in accordance with the strictest international safety standards: ISO 12312-1:2013 / A1 2015 ANSI Z80.3 : 2015
IRRESISTIBLE
The Fleur model combines a round shape with "floral" finishes that gently embrace the face.
A refined and sweet design that fits perfectly on babies and young children, turning every walk into a stylish experience.
- Due to the mirror effect, lenses may show scratches with use.
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
- Recyclable frame (excluding lenses).
- Reusable and recyclable cardboard case.
The outdated belief that sunglasses should only be worn after the age of 3 is now considered obsolete.
Modern pediatric, ophthalmological, and pediatric ophthalmological societies internationally, such as the American Academy of Pediatrics, recommend protecting children's eyes from ultraviolet radiation from infancy, every time the child is exposed to direct sunlight.
The child's eye is not fully developed and filters less UV radiation compared to an adult's. At the same time, exposure to ultraviolet radiation is cumulative: the total UV "load" received by the eye accumulates throughout one's life. Therefore, timely protection is not just about the present, but is an investment in long-term eye health.
